270 King Street Newtown, the "Professional"



This site is chosen because there is a back lane and therefore, the artworks
can be easily loaded from trucks.
Beside this, the community carpark provides pedestrian flow to the art gallery/Shop, where quite a large amount of people use this carpark when they go shopping nearby.
To a shop, pedestrian flow is one of the important factors to be succeeded.
